Open play is free to all WRTF members. Guests must pay $10 court fee. Pickleball Ambassadors and Court Monitors wearing bright yellow shirts will be on-site to assist during Open Play. OPEN PLAY
TUESDAY MORNING
• 9-11 a.m. All-Level Open Play available on all courts.
TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY
• 6-8 p.m. All-Level Open Play available on all courts.
• After 8 p.m. Court reservations are available on courts 1-4. Courts 5-6 remain accessible to All-Level Open Play.
• Courts 7-8 remain Challenge Courts. Winners stay on Challenge Courts for a maximum of two wins these days. Must be age 15 or older to be eligible for Challenge Court play.
SATURDAY
• 7-9 a.m. Advanced Open Play (suggested 3.8+) on courts 1-4 w/paddle stacking
• 8:30 a.m. All-Level Open Play on courts 5-8 w/paddle stacking
• After 9 a.m. on Saturdays, courts 1-2 will remain for Advanced Open Play with paddle stacking. Courts 7-8 remain Challenge Courts. Must be age 15 or older to be eligible for Challenge Court play. All other courts will be accessible for All-Level Open Play with paddle stacking in effect.
SUNDAY
1-3 p.m. All-Level Open Play available on all courts.
TUESDAY LEVEL-PLAY DESCRIPTION
Level 1 play is designed for anyone new to pickleball and already has a handle on all the rules. If you know how to keep score, what the kitchen is, but aren’t quite hitting ATPs, and you have no clue what DUPR is then this is the level for you.
Level 2 is the perfect opportunity for anyone wanting to hone your skills and prepare to play a 3.0 tournament. Level 2 play is crafted for anyone looking to step up their pickleball game and has hit an erne or two. If you know how to hit a third shot drop but aren’t ready to go pro, this is the level for you.
Level 3 is for advanced players who consistently control shots and play with strategy. If you know your DUPR and play regular competitive pickleball this is the place for you.
Level 4 High-level players with excellent technical skills and strategy. Recommended DUPR 4.0 and higher.
COURT RESERVATIONS
To make pickleball court reservations, create a free account with Court Reserve, on a desktop or app, and reserve our courts online, or call us at (254) 753-7675. Pickleball machines can also be reserved based on availability. Court reservations are accepted within the parameters of our tournaments, open play and clinics from both members and non-members.
